Gathering the entire sales force and introducing them to Jeep's PHEV offer, providing them with all of the keys to understand the electric-car market and the related sales arguments.

Devising two e-learning courses in order to comply with sanitary rules, screening a film about PHEV technology and everything that comes with it. This was completed by a training programme happening in over 100 Jeep dealerships in France, thanks to a live conference with 5 coaches and trainers. Dynamic tests also allowed to strengthen the whole event, most particularly using a tracker in order to compare consumption between PHEV and combustion engines.
