Carrera Cup France

Context

The Porsche Carrera Cup France is the national version of a discipline created in Germany in 1986. This is one of the main French motorsport championships, bringing together around twenty Porsche 911 GT3 Cups on the most prestigious circuits, each year. ORECA Events has been coordinating the whole championship for several years, in charge of technical, logistical and sporting aspects.

Objective

Optimising the overall attractiveness of the series and ensuring the championship great visibility so that all targets (drivers, fans, customers) become passionate about Porsche.

ORECA Events solution

Coordinating a global ecosystem based on a series of races hosted on different European racetracks, as opposed to French circuits exclusively, punctuated with true highlights (such as a race opening the 24 Hours of Le Mans), promoting the &quot;Junior programme&quot; to spot young talents, and increasing social media presence with live broadcasts of the races throughout the season.
