Context

The return of Formula 1 in France in 2018 was a fantastic opportunity for Renault – unique French manufacturer competing in the discipline – to gather its customer community and motorsport fans.

Objective

Gathering Renault Sport customers for an exclusive brand experience at the heart of the Paul Ricard Circuit, a track where the manufacturer has achieved great performances.

ORECA Events solution

Creating a VIP Base Camp for Renault Sport customers only, including temporary accommodation, exclusive events and "gold" tickets to attend the race. As part of the programme: meeting Alain Prost, discovering what a dismantled Clio Cup model looks like, and participating in workshops led by Renault Sport engineers.
