Context
2018 and 2019 winner, Toyota is a key player in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Besides being on track, the manufacturer has also had its own hospitality space on the edga of the track for many years, in order to welcome guests & VIPs.
Objective
Providing guests & VIPs with a premium and privileged experience of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, whilst standing out visually among rival manufacturers.
ORECA Events solution
Setting up an 800 m² VIP hospitality area with a terrace offering a panoramic view of the track, bar on the 1st floor and cinema to follow the race. A whole programme of activities including pit visit, shuttle service to discover the track’s legendary turns, and access to a private box, completed the offer.
