Context

Having pioneered full-hybrid systems and several times winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans with that technology, Toyota relied on the launch of the new Toyota Corolla Hybrid in 2019 to reaffirm its position as leader of the environmental-friendly cars market.

Objective

Testing Toyota&rsquo;s hybrid systems reliability and efficiency as part of a unique challenge which both customers and guests took part in.

ORECA Events solution

Organising a 24-hour race opposing teams of customers, journalists and VIPs coached by Toyota experts, on the technical circuit of La Fert&eacute; Gaucher (France). The best contenders covered 1,500 kilometres, over 500 of which in #zero emission mode, behind the wheel of the 180 hp Toyota Corolla Hybrid. All teams made it to the finish line, demonstrating how reliable and efficient the #Toyota Hybrid technology is.

Context

With sports models reflecting its motorsport DNA, Audi Sport has been renewing its model ranges on a regular basis in order to satisfy a demanding clientele.&nbsp;

Objective

Ensuring that customers and prospects regularly test Audi Sport range new models, and experience the new sensations they provide, thus supporting sales momentum.

Coordinating 8 adrenaline-filled days taking place at 3 of France&#39;s most beautiful racetracks (Le Mans, Le Castellet, Dijon-Prenois) so that guests can get to grips with the new Audi R8 and Audi RS3 LMS, alongside a professional coach as well as Audi Sport factory driver Beno&icirc;t Tr&eacute;luyer.

With an increasingly demanding customer community, Audi must constantly renew its experiential content in order to highlight the value of its technologies. Launching the new 100% electric Audi e-tron, the brand looks to push the performances of quattro &ndash; its flagship technology.

Objective

Building brand loyalty and converting hot prospects via a premium driving activation reflecting Audi&#39;s DNA.

ORECA Events solution

Devising a week-long event with a full driving programme for over 100 participants divided into 5 groups. Guests took part in on-road and off-road activities at the wheel of a wide range of cars. To top it off, the event also included one night in a premium hotel and one dinner in a high-end restaurant, both of which were Audi&rsquo;s partners.

e-tron test centre

Context

Following on a large-scale process aiming to electrify its models, Audi launched its first 100% electric car in 2019: &quot;e-tron&quot; SUV.

Objective

Converting Audi e-tron pre-buyers into customers by introducing them to this car&rsquo;s electric technology and driving sensations, which open a new chapter for the brand.

ORECA Events solution

Creating and coordinating tailor-made test drives taking place at Castellet and Mortefontaine racetracks, consisting in individualised experiences to learn more about the Audi e-tron&rsquo;s assets. E-tron experts were on site to highlight different aspects of the car via 3 distinct workshops to highlight autonomy, comfort, eco-driving, energy recovery system as well as on-board technologies.
